Perched in the rainforest canopy, home to countless varieties of birds as well as monkeys and sloths, the villa offers sweeping views of Manuel Antonio’s famous national park, the beach and jungle and is only a short walk from the heart of Manuel Antonio’s restaurant scene. Walk 1000 steps down a tree-lined path and you will reach picturesque Playitas beach.

The rental home comprises 7400 square feet inside and out. Split over two levels, the interior is fully air-conditioned with an ample lounge containing an 80-inch TV and superfast wifi available throughout the building. The 5 bedrooms have a wrap-around balcony and a tv in each room. The 5 bathrooms feature natural, Italian quartz counters and cabinets designed by Binova Milano, imported from Italy. High ceilings welcome soft breezes, whilst comfortable furnishings, mood lighting and delicate wood touches contribute to the feeling of relaxation and barefoot luxury.  Timeless design and spaciousness are conveyed through impressive giant doors, elegant Grespania porcelain flooring and the incomparable views that can be seens from almost anywhere in the villa. The villa is also fitted with exterior security cameras. 

Unique to the villa, is the grand, upstairs kitchen featuring a large, built-in kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and counters crafted out of Caeserstone quartz, designed by INTERIORS of Escazu. The glass doors of the kitchen fully open up onto the large, tiled infinity pool and entertainment area overlooking lush jungle with spectacular views of the ocean. Downstairs, you will find a smaller, well-equipped kitchen.

Manuel Antonio boasts one of the country’s finest National Parks, but you will find many things to do around here. The area abounds with jungle-clad beaches and bays, is rich in wildlife and known for adventure activities.  At the villa, our experienced concierge can help you book a personal chef, spa services, a park guide, boat tours, ATVs, diving, catamaran sunset trips, white water rafting trips, ziplining, a bean-to-bar chocolate workshop, fishing charters and transportation. Casa Playitas is also just a short walk away from bus services, a pharmacy and ATMs. 

Your concierge will arrange any and all activities, reservations and in-house services that you may need. We offer three options of wonderful chef services for your consideration. Please ask your concierge for the available options.

GETTING TO THE VILLA

By Air:  We recommend you fly into the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José (SJO). If you want to take a domestic flight to QPX the Quepos Airport (15 minute flight) check for local connections at the same airport. Consider there is a luggage allowance in domestic flights. There are options to book a charter flight, ask your concierge for a quote. From the Quepos Airport we can help you organize a private shuttle to your villa. 

Private Ground Transportation: Contact us for information on a private shuttle. The driver will meet you at the airport's exit upon your arrival. The drive takes about 2.5 hours straight, but the driver may stop along the way at your convenience for sightseeing, grabbing a bite or grocery shopping.
